“Golden Dawn”’s Rituals of Pentagram became popular among the modern practitioners of Magic Art. Here is example of the structure of one of them, Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram.
Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram.
I. Qabalistic Cross.
II. Formulation of the Pentagrams.
III. Invocation of the Archangels.
IV. Qabalistic Cross.
These Rituals are part of daily practice for followers of “Golden Dawn”, but their application is limited by belonging to a very specific and dubious Tradition, moreover, full of flaws introduced by later interpreters.
These Rituals are widely known, but the matter is not limited to them. There are other forms of these Rituals that are much less known, but are not associated with “Golden Dawn”.
Some Withcraft groups devised their own versions of such Rituals, those versions are called “Acta Pentagrammae” and they correspond with completely different Forces. Here is example of the structure one of such Acts.
Actum Pentagrammae.
I. Crux Nigra.
II. De Pentagramma.
III. Crux Nigra.
This Actum is part of inner workings of closed Witchcraft circles, so it cannot be given here in its entirety, but it is possible to reveal what lies behind “Crux Nigra”.
Crux Nigra.
(Touching the breast by left hand) Athe
(Touching the forehead by left hand) Tehom
(Touching the left shoulder) Ve Tzelmoth
(Touching the right shoulder) Ve Shaarimoth
(Touching the breast) Ve Gehinnom
(Crossing oneself) Ve Reshaa
It must be emphasized that these Rituals of Pentagram are a modern invention and, as such, are inferior in power to the actual elements of Witchcraft existing in the Ancient Traditions.
